The youbett extranet Website Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the youbett extranet. Please read these Terms and Conditions and ensure that you have understood them. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please cease use of the Website immediately.

- Any illegal or unauthorised use of the website may result in your membership being suspended or terminated.

- youbett is committed to protecting the privacy of members and the confidentiality of information provided by members but cannot guarantee that any information provided to us will not become public under any circumstances, as total security does not exist on the internet.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Definitions
"youbett" means the legal entity or company that represents you-bett.com.
"Content" means any and all content, messages, photos, or Profiles submitted by Members through their Use of the Website.
"Period" means a calendar month commencing on the first day of the month.
"Profile" means the information held by youbett about a Member, such information having been submitted by either (a) the Member to whom the information relates, or (b) another Member, permission having been obtained by youbett from the Member to whom the information relates prior to such Member's information being made available to other Members.
"Subscriber" means a Member who has either (a) paid the relevant Fee, or (b) on whose behalf the relevant Fee has been paid.
"Fee" means the Fee charged to allow the Member to access all the products and services on the Website.
"Terms" means the Terms and Conditions set out herein.
"Use" means registering and updating Profiles, looking at the Profiles of other Members, contacting other Members, accessing any of the services provide by the Website and making payment of the Fee to youbett.
"Member" means any person who registers their details with the Website, has paid a Fee and thereby agrees to comply with these Terms.
"Website" means the Website youbett.
youbett is owned and managed by emap with registered company number ???? ("emap"). All information supplied on the Website is managed by youbett.

- Registration and Subscription
- By using the Website you warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into and be bound by these Terms.
- The Website is provided for the personal Use of individual Members only and you may not Use the Website in connection with any commercial venture, unless it is done so through explicit mechanisms provided by the Website.
- You are responsible for providing and paying for the means of accessing the Website.
- On payment of the relevant Fee, Subscribers hereby agree and consent to the immediate commencement of the performance of the services by youbett. such that Subscribers can immediately access certain functions of the Website, including communication with other Members.
- Use of the Website
- You shall only Use the Website for the purposes facilitated by the Website.
- You shall comply with all U.K., and all other foreign and local laws and regulations that apply to your Use of the Website in whatever country you are physically located including, without limitation, consumer law, export control laws, and regulations.
- In the event that youbett, in it's sole discretion, considers that you are making any illegal and/or unauthorised Use of the Website including, without limitation, collecting Member names and/or email addresses of Members by electronic or other means for the purposes of sending unsolicited email, or unauthorised framing of or linking to the Website, youbett reserves the right to take any action that it deems necessary, including terminating without notice your Use of the Website in accordance with clauses (1) and (2) in the Term and Termination section of these terms and conditions and, in the case of illegal use, instigating legal proceedings.
- You are solely responsible for any Content that you publish or display on the Website or that you transmit to other Members.
- In the event that youbett, in it's sole discretion, considers that any Content violates these Terms or is offensive or illegal or has the potential to violate the rights of, harm or threaten the safety of other Members, youbett reserves the right to take any action that it deems necessary, including, but not limited to, deleting such Content, restricting the number of emails that you can send to other Members or terminating your Use of the Website in accordance with clauses (1) and (2) in the Term and Termination section of these terms and conditions. Some examples of the types of Content that youbett considers to violate these Terms are any Content that:
- expresses or implies that any statements made by you are endorsed by youbett;
- promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
- harasses or advocates harassment of another person;
- displays pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind;
- provides material that exploits another person in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from any person without their agreement;
- promotes any conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libellous;
- promotes any illegal activities;
- promotes illegal or unauthorized copying of another person's copyright work, including but not limited to providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacturer-installed copy protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files;
- provides instructional information about illegal activities, including but not limited to making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone else's privacy or providing or creating computer viruses;
- contains restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to from another accessible page);
- solicits passwords or personally identifying information from other Members for commercial or unlawful purposes;
- involves the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters" or unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming";
- promotes information that you know to be false or misleading;
- engages in commercial activities and/or sales, including but not limited to contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising and pyramid schemes, without the prior written consent of youbett.
- youbett reserves the right to investigate and terminate your Membership if you have misused the Website or behaved in a way that could be regarded as inappropriate, unlawful or illegal. These may include but are not limited to the following:
- impersonating any person or entity;
- stalking; or otherwise harass any person;
- using any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, "data mine", or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Website or its contents;
- posting, distributing or reproducing in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other intellectual property or proprietary information without obtaining the prior consent of the owner of such proprietary rights;
- removing any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices contained in the Website;
- interfering with or disrupting the Website or the site or the servers or networks connected to the Website;
- posting, emailing or otherwise transmitting any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
- forging headers or otherwise manipulating identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any information transmitted through the Website;
- framing; or; mirroring; any part of the Website, without youbett prior written authorisation. You also shall not use meta tags or code or other devices containing any reference to you-bett.com or the Website or the site in order to direct any person to any other Website for any purpose;
- transmitting or posting any material which constitutes or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise be contrary to the law of or infringe the rights of any third party in the UK or any other country in the world;
- modifying, adapting, sublicensing, translating, selling, reverse engineering, deciphering, decompiling or otherwise disassembling any portion of the Website or any software used on or for the Website or cause others to do so.
- By publishing or displaying any Content on any public area of the Website, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to youbett an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide licence to use, copy, perform, display and distribute such Content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such Content and to grant and authorise sublicenses of such Content.
- You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Members. youbett reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor any dispute between you and another Member.
- In the event that youbett denies you access to the Website on a permanent or temporary basis for any reason, you shall be notified in writing or e mail and must then not attempt to use the Website under any other name or through any other Member.
- youbett will operate the Website with the reasonable skill and care of an online service provider.
- youbett will use reasonable endeavours to maintain the operation of the Website; however it may be necessary to temporarily suspend the Website for operational reasons, including but not limited to repairs, planned maintenance or upgrades. youbett will use reasonable endeavours to restore the Website as soon as possible after any suspension. youbett shall not be liable to you for any such suspension.
- youbett reserves the right to make changes to the Website from time to time, provided that such changes have no material adverse effect on the quality of the service provided to Members.
- youbett may provide contact information or hyperlinks which lead Members outside of the Website. Such information or hyperlinks are provided solely for the Member's convenience and information. Access and use of such information and links to any other Websites or its content are solely at the risk of the Member.
- youbett will endeavour to provide a community whereby people can communicate and meet; youbett does not guarantee any specific results and is not obliged to manage the relationships that develop as a result of using the Website.
- The Member must provide current, complete and accurate information for the purposes of billing. You must update and maintain all information on the Website to keep your billing account current (this will include such information as your billing address, credit card number or credit card expiry date) and you must promptly notify youbett if your payment method is cancelled (e.g. for loss or theft) or if you become aware of a potential breach of security such as the unauthorised disclosure or use of your name or password. If you fail to provide youbett any of the forgoing information, you agree that youbett may continue charging you for any use of the service under your billing account unless you have terminated your subscription for the service (confirmed in writing or e-mail to youbett).
- Cancellation/Refund
- The relevant Fee is non-refundable and you have no right of cancellation under the Terms.
- If you choose to enter the payment terms you become a Member immediately and you thereby waive any right to "cool off" periods as relevant to the laws of your country of residence.
- Terms And Termination
- These Terms will remain in full force and effect while you are a Member of the Website.
- You may cease to be a Member at any time, for any reason.
- youbett may at any time, terminate the agreement with you, deny you access to the Website and delete your Profile and any other Content you have submitted by your Use of the Website on provision of reasonable notice.
- youbett may terminate the agreement with you, deny you access to the Website and delete your Profile and any other Content you have submitted by your Use of the Website with immediate effect in the event that you have breached these Terms. In the event of such termination no refund shall be payable by youbett.
- youbett will send you notice of any termination to the email address provided by you during your registration or such other email address as you provide to us.
- Subscription plans will consist of a monthly Fee, charged on a recurring monthly basis as agreed by you. By entering into this agreement and recurring payment feature you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation and authorise youbett to levy such charges. youbett may submit periodic charges (e.g. monthly) without further authorisation from you until you provide prior notice (7 days) by e-mail to youbett that you have terminated this authorisation. Such notice will not affect charges submitted before youbett can reasonably act to terminate your authorisation.
- Refund Policy
- 7-day free trial. Although credit/debit card details must be given on, "sign on" no money will be taken until the 7th day. On the 7th day the card will be debited and the member becomes paid up. If the person signing up for the free trial decides not to become a member before the 7th day, the transaction will be voided and no money will be taken from their card.
- Membership runs from the date money is taken to the same date in the next calendar month. For example, if someone becomes a member on the 7th January his or her membership runs until the 7th February. Their card will be debited £12.75 on the 7th January and £12.75 on the 7th February and so on until they cease to be a member. Monthly fees will be debited automatically.
- If a member ceases to be a member, their membership remains valid until the period for which they have paid expires. For example, if someone has paid until the 7th February but decides to cease their membership on the 26th January, they will remain a member until the 7th February.
- A member must give 7 days notice if they wish to cease their membership. If notification of cessation is not received seven days before their next membership fee is due, their card may be debited for another month's membership.
- Intellectual Property
- The intellectual property (copyright, trademarks, patents, design rights etc) associated with the functionality and design of the Website is either owned by or licensed to youbett. The intellectual property (copyright, trade marks, patents, design rights etc) associated with the Content is either owned by or licensed to youbett or owned by a Member.
- You are expressly prohibited from:
- reproducing, copying, editing, transmitting, uploading or incorporating into any other materials, any of the Website;
- removing, modifying, altering or using any registered or unregistered marks/logos owned by youbett doing anything that may be seen to take unfair advantage of the reputation and goodwill of the Website or could be considered an infringement any of the intellectual property rights owned and/or licensed to youbett without first obtaining the written permission of the owner of the intellectual property.
- Disclaimer
- The Content may include facts, views, opinions, advice and recommendations. These views, opinions, advice and recommendations are not endorsed by youbett and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, youbett shall not be liable on account of the accuracy, defamatory nature, completeness, timeliness or otherwise of the information provided on the Website.
- youbett is not responsible for the conduct of Members either online or offline. Please use caution and common sense when using the Website.
- The Website may contain errors and, from time to time, may not be accessible by Members.
- The information provided on the Website by youbett is intended as information only and does not constitute advice. Therefore, it must not be relied on to assist in making or refraining from making a decision, or to assist in deciding on a course of action.
- The material on this Website is provided ‘as is' without any conditions, warranties or other terms of any kind. Accordingly, to the maximum extent permitted by law, youbett provides you with this Website on the basis that youbett excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and other terms (including, without limitation, the conditions implied by law of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and the use of reasonable care and skill) which but for this legal notice might have effect in relation to this Website.
- Under no circumstances is youbett responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone's use of the site or the service and/or any content posted on the youbett site or transmitted to youbett Members.
- Warranties, Liabilities and Indemnity
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, youbett shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage caused in whole or part by, or failures, delays, interruptions or otherwise of, the provision of the Website; and shall not be liable for any direct, consequential, incidental, liquidated or special losses or damages, arising out of, or relating to the use or inability to use, the information provided on the Website or any decision made or action taken in reliance or partial reliance on the information provided on the Website.
- In the event that you have a claim or right of action against any other Member arising from that Member's Use of the Website, you agree to pursue such claim or action independently of and without any demands from youbett, and you release youbett from all claims, liability and damages arising from or in any way connected to such claim or action.
- In the event that a claim or action is brought against youbett arising from your activities or Use of the Website, including any breach by you of these Terms or any charges or complaints made by other parties against you, you agree to pay, hold harmless and defend youbett in the claim or action. You also agree to cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defence of any claim and allow youbett to assume the exclusive defence and control of the matter.
- Data Protection and Privacy Policy

- the privacy of Members;
- the confidentiality of the information provided to it by Members Using the Website.
- youbett is the data controller of your data submitted using the Website. youbett is registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA) and youbett complies with the DPA in all our dealings with your personal data.
- When Using the Website, you hereby consent to youbett processing your personal data to the extent necessary to facilitate online introductions and to enable youbett to operate the Website for the purposes for which it is reasonably intended to be operated. For the avoidance of doubt, you hereby expressly give your consent to youbett processing data provided by you in respect of your sexual orientation.
- youbett reserves the right to gather information relating to use of the Website. By using the Website you consent to collection and use of this information.
- Links to third party Websites may appear on the Website. Such third party Websites are not the responsibility of youbett and youbett accepts no responsibility for the availability, suitability, reliability or content of such third party Websites and does not necessarily endorse the views expressed within them.
- youbett will not disclose the information you have provided to third parties, or make any use of it, without your permission (unless we are required to do so by statute or by an authorised body in order to aid the investigation or prevention of crime).
- Changed Terms
- youbett may alter or amend our Terms and Conditions by giving reasonable notice. By continuing to Use the Website after expiry of the notice period, you will be deemed to have accepted any amendment to these Terms and Conditions. If, on receipt of such notice, you wish to terminate your agreement with youbett you may do so by giving youbett not less than seven (7) days notice, such termination to take effect on the date upon which the amended Terms and Conditions would otherwise have come into effect.
- Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
- You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England to settle any dispute which may arise out of or in connection with these Terms.
- Miscellaneous
- You may print and keep a copy of these Terms, which form the entire agreement between you and youbett and supersede any other communications or advertising with respect to the Website.
- Failure by youbett to enforce these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right.
- If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable, that part shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to give effect to the intent of the parties, and the Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
- youbett will not incur any liability to any Member on account of any loss or damage resulting from any delay or failure to perform all or any part of these Terms if such delay or failure is caused, in whole or in part, by events, occurrences, or causes beyond the control of youbett. Such events, occurrences or causes will include, without limitation, acts of God, strikes, lockouts, riots, acts of war, earthquakes, fire and explosions.
- Safety Guidelines
- youbett strongly advises you to use extreme caution before sharing personally identifiable information with other members of this Website. Your safety and security are very important to us. The nature of this Website promotes the sharing of personal information by Members with other Members. youbett cannot and does not assure that it is safe for you to have direct contact with other Members of this Website.
